When emergencies occur, don’t despair we are experts in boiler repair, repairing plumbing and heating systems, we offer same day appointments, more often than not we are able to attend within 3 hours where we will work tirelessly to fix the problem.
With so many confusing options available in regards to breakdown and repairs of boilers how can you be assured that you are not only getting the best possible engineers working in your property but that the pricing is both fair and transparent.
As one of the only companies that publish a full breakdown of our rates, we also don’t charge additional call out fees, this way you can be assured of knowing the costs upfront before we start any repairs. We have a fixed hourly rate starting from £58.99 so if we can get you up and running again in the hour this is all you will have to pay.
Additional Parts
If any additional parts or boiler repair is required we do carry a good stock of popular parts on our vans, but we also have accounts with the major merchants so we would never be far from getting the required parts for you. We supply all our parts at our excellent trade discount price plus 15% mark up, this is still often cheaper than you would be able to purchase the parts for yourself. (lots of companies charge upwards of 25% or make up the price to suit!)
For further transparency any parts supplied can be accompanied with our original suppliers invoice. Collection of non stock items is kept to a minimum and will not exceed 45 mins of the current hourly rate.
